Before joining 3SIXTY, Lucy spent 14 years as Travel and Events Manager at the International Baccalaureate Organization. Prior to that she held various customer service positions.
Lucy also has in-depth experience of developing social media campaigns tailored to the business travel environment.
Since joining 3SIXTY, she has supported the global travel restructure for a key customer, as well as project managed the successful implementation of their self-booking tool. She supports 3SIXTY’s customers across the board, focusing on their travel technology requirements, social media activity, travel policies, business procedures and change management.
